The NM Small Offerings by Issuers with Local Operations Exemption Form-X is a representation that the issuer of the sale of securities ensures that the sale will represent local operations pursuant to the 1978 New Mexico Administrative Code, Section 58-13C-202X.  In accordance with New Mexico Rule 12.11.12.11 Form-X must be filed no less than ten business days prior to any offer of securities in the state of New Mexico.  Members also downloaded New Mexico Sales to Ten or Fewer Purchasers Exemption Form-N.
