The TX Crowdfunding Exemption Notice Form 133.21 should be filed only by issuers that are residents and doing business in the State of Texas if utilizing the exemption provided in the Rules and Regulations of the Texas State Securities Board § 139.26.  The form should be submitted prior to the use of an Internet website associated with an offering relying on § 139.26.  Member also downloaded Texas Crowdfunding Portal Registration Form 133.15 or Texas Crowdfunding Portal Withdrawal of Registration Form 133.16.
