TN- Tennessee Invest Tennessee Exemption Notice Form IN-1808

The TN Invest Tennessee Exemption Notice Form IN-1808 should be completed and filed by issuers with the intention of offering or selling securities pursuant to the Invest Tennessee Exemption.  In addition to the submission of Form IN-1808 issuers should complete and submit Tennessee Uniform Consent to Service of Process Form U-2.  Members also downloaded Tennessee Uniform Consent to Service of Process Form U-2.
