Securities Investor Protection Corp. SIPC-7 General Assessment Reconciliation Form

FINRA member firms that are also SIPC members are required to complete and submit a SIPC-7 General Assessment Reconciliation Form to SIPC at the end of their fiscal year, less any assessment paid with the SIPC-6. The completed form with any additional assessment owed, is due 60 days after the fiscal year end plus a 15-day grace period.  Members also viewed/downloaded SIPC-6 General Assessment Payment Form.
