SD- South Dakota Issuer Report of Sales in Limited Offerings Form

The SD Issuer Report of Sales in Limited Offerings Form should be completed and filed by issuers detailing the report of sales related to a limited offering of securities exempted from registration pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 47-31B-203.  The Form must be submitted by the issuer of securities within 30 days after the offerings termination even if the sales were not made in the state of South Dakota.
