PA- Pennsylvania Securities Registration Form-R

The PA Securities Registration Form-R should be completed and filed by issuers seeking to register securities pursuant to the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972, Section 205 – Registration by Coordination or Section 206 - Registration by Qualification.  Form-R should be submitted to the PA Department of Banking and Securities when the issuer submits the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  Additionally, Form-R should be submitted as a supplement to Pennsylvania Uniform Application to Register Securities Form U-1.  Members also downloaded Pennsylvania Uniform Application to Register Securities Form U-1.
