PA- Pennsylvania Continuation of Section 205 Registration Form-207j

The PA Continuation of Section 205 Registration Form-207j should be completed and filed by issuers seeking a one year extension from the effective period of Section 205 registration statement of the Pennsylvanian Securities Act of 1972.  Form 207-j request will not extend the offering beyond the initial three year effective date of the registration statement in the state of Pennsylvania.  Form 207-j many not be submitted if the issuer was required to file a new registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
