OR- Oregon Sale Proceeds Escrow Agreement Form

The OR Sale Proceeds Escrow Agreement Form should be completed and filed by an issuer of securities given that they have applied for and intend to sell certain securities in the State of Oregon.  The director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services requires that the proceeds from the sale of securities be registered and held in escrow until an agreed upon amount has been reached pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 59.085(3)(b).
