The NM Small Offerings by Issuers with Local Operations Exemption Form-X is a representation that the issuer of the sale of securities ensures that the sale will represent local operations pursuant to the 1978 New Mexico Administrative Code, Section 58-13C-202X. In accordance with New Mexico Rule 12.11.12.11 Form-X must be filed no less than ten business days prior to any offer of securities in the state of New Mexico.
