MS- Mississippi Invest Crowdfunding Simplified Registration Statement Form

The MS Invest Crowdfunding Simplified Registration Statement Form should be completed and filed by issuers seeking in-and-out-of-state crowdfunding offering registration.  The issuer must set a minimum amount of securities that must be sold before the proceeds of the offering can be used.  Additionally, the aggregate purchase price of the securities sold under Mississippi Administrative Code must not exceed on million dollars during any 12-month period.  Members also downloaded Mississippi Invest Crowdfunding Intermediary Registration Form or Mississippi Invest Crowdfunding Informational Pamphlet.
