IA- Standard Investment Adviser Solicitor Agreement

The Investment Adviser Solicitor Agreement is a useful template to further customize when preparing a solicitor agreement in accordance with SEC Rule 206(4)-3 (Cash payments for client solicitations) and/or applicable state requirements. The Solicitor Agreement includes the minimum required language, including eleven separate terms and conditions and two corresponding exhibits, while also serving to memorialize the agreement between both investment adviser and solicitor in accordance with books and records requirements.
