The updated Form CRS Relationship Summary Template for Dual Registrants is part of SEC’s Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) effective June 30, 2020, that requires registered broker-dealers and investment advisers to provide a brief customer relationship summary (Form CRS) to retail investors.
