The FINRA Update/Replace Super Account Administrator (SAA) Form is used by FINRA member broker-dealers and investment adviser firms when replacing or updating their designated Super Account Administrator (SAA) with entitlement access to the FINRA Gateway system.  SAA’s are responsible for (i) creating and updating accounts; (ii) password administration; (iii) updating entitlement privileges; (iv) disabling and/or deleting accounts when necessary; and (v) certifying accounts for authorized access on an annual basis. Members also downloaded the FINRA New Organization Super Account Administrator (SAA) Form.
