BD- FinCEN Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Certification Form

The updated FinCEN Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Certification Form is intended to meet the certification requirements of the new FinCEN Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Rule that applies to all new accounts opened on or after May 11, 2018.  The new CDD Rule outlines explicit customer due diligence requirements and imposes a new requirement for financial institutions to identify and verify the identity of beneficial owners of legal entity customers, subject to certain exclusions and exemptions.
