BD- California Stmt of Citizenship, Alienage, and Immigration (Form 250.61)

The CA Statement of Citizenship, Alienage, and Immigration Status (Form 250.61) pursuant to CCR Section 250.61 would be required if filing as a sole proprietor for broker-dealer registration in the State of California.  Form 250.61 should be completed and maintained as part of a firm’s books and records.  Additionally, the Form must be provided to the California Commissioner of Business Oversight upon request.  Members also downloaded SEC Form BD or California Broker Dealer Registration Requirements Guide.
