The Broker-Dealer Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Independent Test- Audit Review Template is a useful tool for testing a broker-dealer's overall AML Program in accordance with Title III of the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and FINRA Rule 3310.  The AML Audit Template is often used by an independent party when testing a broker-dealer's AML Program each year (or every other year) and maintaining its testing processes in accordance with books and records requirements.
