Virginia Broker-Dealer Agent Employed by More Than One BD

The VA Broker-Dealer Agent Employed by More Than One BD Requirements and Agreement Form is used for agents who may be employed by more that one registered broker-dealer pursuant to the Virginia Administrative Code Section 21VAC5-20-95. However, completion of the Virginia Agent Multiple Employment Agreement would be required identifying each employing broker dealer.
