The TX Investment Adviser and Investment Adviser Representative Request for Recognition of Out-Of-State License or Registration by a Military Spouse Form 133.23 should be completed by applicants that hold an active registration issued by another state, the District of Columbia or a territory of the United States. Additionally, a military spouse can request a waiver pursuant to Texas Administrative Code Title 7, Part 7 Chapter 116, Rule 116.18(h).
