The NM Sales to Ten or Fewer Purchasers Exemption Form-N is a representation that the issuer of the sale of securities ensures that the sale will be made available to only ten or fewer purchasers pursuant to the 1978 New Mexico Administrative Code, Section 58-13C-202N. In accordance with New Mexico Rule 12.11.12.14 Form-N must be filed no less than five business days before the first sale of securities in the state of New Mexico.
