The Virginia Investment Adviser Representative Employed by More Than One IA Requirements and Agreement Form is used for representatives who may be employed by more than one registered investment adviser pursuant to the Virginia Administrative Code Section 21VAC5-80-250. However, completion of the Virginia Investment Adviser Representative Multiple Employment Agreement would be required identifying each employing investment adviser.
