The PA Limited Offering – Accredited Investor Exemption Form-E should be completed and filed by issuers making sales of securities that are claiming an exemption pursuant to the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972, Section 203(d) – Limited Offering Exemption or Section 203(t) – Accredited Investor Exemption. Form-E and a copy of any offering materials used in the sale of securities must be filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities prior to any offer or sale of securities.
