BD- Oregon Broker-Dealer Public Records Request Form

The OR Broker-Dealer Public Records Request Form should be completed when requesting copies, printouts, photographs, video or audio tapes, etc. of public records from the state of Oregon.  Once the public records request form is received the Division of Financial Regulation staff will respond acknowledging receipt of the request, provide an update regarding the request and the fees associated with the request.  The requested records will be sent after payment is received.
