The NH Notice of Rescission Letter Form is a proposal from an issuer of securities to an investor in the securities offering.  The investor has the option to be released from their investment in the offering within 30 days of receiving the notice of rescission letter from the issuer.  However, the investor has the option to rescind the offer to be released from their investment in the offering should they choose to do so.
