The UT Impound of Funds Escrow Agreement Form 11-7b should be completed by the issuer of securities given that they have applied for and intend to sell certain securities in the state of Utah.  Once all of the requirements of registration and notification from the Utah Division of Securities has been received that the fund impound requirements have been met, the Division will issue an order to release the impounded funds.
