The ID Sample Impound of Funds Agreement Form should be completed when a company has applied for registration of its securities in the state of Idaho.  As a condition of registering the offering the company must enter into this agreement ensuring that the funds are segregated in the Impound Account for investment purposes.  The Impound Agent represents that it is a financial institution, that its deposits are federally insured and will hold the impounded funds under the executed agreement.
