The CO Impound of Funds Agreement Escrow Form should be completed by the issuer of securities given that they have applied for and intend to sell certain securities in the State of Colorado.  However, if unable to sell the securities for a specific sum, by a specific date (the “closing date”) the offering will be terminated and the proceeds paid will be returned to the subscribers pursuant to the executed Impound of Funds Agreement.  Members also downloaded Colorado Notice of Proposed Release of Funds from Escrow Form-ES or Colorado Notice of Proposed Release of Funds from Escrow Form ES-CF.
