The WV Application of Coordinated Review of Regulation A Offering Form CR-3(b) should be completed and filed by an applicant requesting that the filing be processed as a multi-jurisdictional application for registration of an offing in reliance of the exemption from federal registration under Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Regulation A. However, the coordinated review program is not available to an offering registered under Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 or blank check offerings.
